Free Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Numewear. We aim to make your delivery experience as smooth as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Time

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7-12 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 5-8 business days

International Shipping: 5–15 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as customs, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Fee

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, and express shipping vailable at checkout. Fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package anytime.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at support@numewear.com or amrichchen@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Easy Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and gift items (if any) must be included
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
